Example of Mutually Exclusive Events

Events with no overlap between them are called mutually exclusive events.

Example:

Event A - drawing out a ball with stripes.

Event B - drawing out a green ball with dots.

No ball is common to the two events, i.e., there is no overlap between the two events.
