Egyptian Economy Key to Political Unrest

As the world watches the developments in Egypt many are stating that it was only a matter of time before things boiled over. In this video from 2008 the Gallup organization reports on the daily struggles that regular Egyptians are having staying out of poverty. Around 20% of Egyptians live below the poverty line and in 2007 the number of Egyptians that were satisfied with governmental efforts to help the poor declined 47% in 2007 from 54% in the previous year.
