Purchasing and Accessing Courses

Is a Paypal account required?

No. Global Finance School.com can accept most major credit cards through PayPal, as well as a direct PayPal payment.

How does Global Finance School.com process payments?

Global Finance School.com never has access to your credit card information.
When you pay via credit card or a PayPal account, GFS receives the funds but PayPal conceals your personal information.
When the transaction is complete, PayPal sends you a receipt via email, with no further action required on your part.

My country does not use postal codes but the form requests a postal code. What should be entered?

Use a any five digit number such as 99999.

Will a receipt be sent when I purchase classes?

Receipts are shown on the Global Finance School.com web site. Log into your account, click on "Receipts".

What is the policy for refunds and cancellations?

There is a seven-day money-back guarantee. Any course can be cancelled within seven days from the time of purchase for a full refund. Please notify Global Finance School, via email, of your intention to cancel participation in the course. As long as the cancellation notice is received prior to the end of the seven-day period, the purchase price will be refunded.

Courses that have already been accessed are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds may be made, on a case-by-case basis, when technical difficulties on the part of Global Finance School.com prevent you from accessing a course.

How do I access courses I have purchased?

An email confirmation is sent to you once the purchase and payment are complete.
Click on the "member page" link in the email to access your personalized GFS homepage.
All your available courses are listed there. Click on the link for the course you wish to access.

Your GFS homepage always lists courses for which you have paid and registered;
or you can access your courses directly after logging into the GFS site.

Must a course be completed in one sitting?

No. Courses can be completed in multiple sessions. They always remain accessible to the student for one year, even after course completion. 

Do I only have one chance to answer the "test yourself" questions at the end of each lesson?

No. You can answer as many times as needed. The goal is not a graded quiz,
but rather to ensure that you understand the material.
Feedback is provided when an incorrect response is entered.

Can I have more time to access the course?

Each course can be accessed only for a certain period of time, clearly indicated in the course description.
This time is predetermined through negotiation with content providers. It cannot be extended.

What if I don't understand some part of the course content or I have a question?

How is support provided?

Certificates and the Learning Log

Are records of my progress maintained?

A certificate is issued for each course you complete, including a record of course details.
Your personal course information appears in your "learning log",
which is accessible from your GFS homepage when you're logged into the system.

Affiliate Program

Is there an affiliate program for Global Finance School.com?

Yes. Contact us. If there is a good fit between your site and ours, you can become an affiliate.

Once registered as an affiliate, you receive an affiliate code to place on your site,
as well as a user name and password used to log in to the GFS site to check on your affiliate earnings.

How does Global Finance School.com know who referred a user?

GFS provides affiliates with links containing a specific identifier.
When a person clicks a link to visit GFS, our system uses that code to identify the user as your referral.
A cookie on the user's system identifies them as your referral whenever they return to GFS, even directly.

If my site sends someone to GFS via a link to Course A, but once on the site the person decides not to purchase Course A, and instead navigates to purchase Course B, will the referring site receive credit for a sale?

Referred users are tracked by a site-wide cookie. It is not based on a product-specific link.
